stupid computer
I have not had internet at my house since August.
I have determined today that I do not know how to fix it.
So I guess I will need someone to come into my house to fix it.
If you've tried the obvious (unplug everything between where it comes in to the house & your computer, leave it all unplugged for 10 seconds, go back to the start & plug it all back in again), you should definitely call someone.
