I grew up in a family where taking medication was a last resort...I am not sure why but it was. I still do not take medication until I feel that I need to.
Today I took some cold medication and MAN do I ever feel better!!!
I could actually breathe all day!!!
My nose is stuffed up again but I am not sure if I am going to take more cold medication. I do not want to go to extremes:-)
It might just sleep beside me tonight though;-)
